"Hrothny, I need a favor, could you reschedule what you have coming up so I can do my thing on that day instead?"
"Sure, no problem."

On the day:
"Sorry folks, I can't do my thing after all - I'll reschedule with Hrothny later."

Twice in less than a year. Ain't happening again.
