stitchwhich | Appeal to the LJ brain trust

A friend wants to put in to be the Pennsic Quartermaster. We've been told that there is an ad/appeal for the position in the newsletters of the Mid, East, and Aethelmerc but since neither she nor I are subscribed to those newsletters, she can't get a copy of the ad.

Would some kind soul let me know what the ad/appeal says so I can pass that on to the interested party? And who to send it to?
