Phone conversation with catalogue order-taker:
Me: "No thank you, I don't order knits any longer. They cling and make fat women's curves look even worse."
Him*: "Oh, no, Ma'am - they're not knit. They're 100% cotton."
*Why is it that the person who takes my clothing order or does my pedicure always seems to be a guy? Come to think of it, my GYN doc is a guy too. What's with that?
