*sigh* I am reminded of the quote:
"Senator, when you took your oath of office, you placed your hand on the Bible and swore to uphold the Constitution. You did not place your hand on the Constitution and swear to uphold the Bible." - Prof. Jamie Raskin, March 1, 2006, at a congressional hearing.
I can think of other, surely equally religious, Presidents who would have remembered their oaths and their honor and acted differently. It is unfortunate that this one is so spiritually weak.
