I'm almost heading to bed. Gotta be up in 3 hours to get ready for Barnacled Bullfrog. We loaded the truck last night (tonight) after the sun started setting. I did use a cooler for some stuff but not for most of it - everything frozen went in "unprotected". At freezing-lows tonight and mild mid40s by the time we're at the site, I'm just not worried about spoilage. I'm a bit concerned that the meat won't be thawed in time to roast it but I daresay we'll fix that onsite. Got all my cleaning supplies in the most reachable place on the truck bed so I can have a clean kitchen before we start working. And thank the Gods, Arni packed my 'penguin' chair so I'm absolutely sure that I'll have a seat that is kind to my back and feet. Cause boy, do my feet hurt.
You think I'm up because I'm stressed. Heck no. I'm up because I'm a typical SCA seamstress. I was finishing a new shirt for Arni to wear tomorrow as he 'bartends'. I only wish that I'd be together enough to figure my way through drafting a pattern for new trous (slops, maybe) and a jerkin. That's what he wanted. Unfortunately, he only got what he needed. "Wanted" will have to come after the event.
I hope the Pamper Chef party was fun. I was soooooo tempted to go anyway. But it'd be very weird to drag sewing with me. Okay, in that crowd, it might not have been too weird, but still.

To bed, now.
