Ha! It had to be the prayers
Mar. 2nd, 2006 09:43 amOkay, tests are done. And the lab techs, the nurses, and the nurse-practitioners all said, "looks good, Ms. Morgan. You did great." And we know what that means... if they're smiling and they tell you right then that everything looks good - it's because there's no bad news. So the very worse-case that I'm worried about is that I do have CHF but that it's been caught so very early that it shouldn't hardly affect things. Since the treatment for it in the early stages is (you guessed it) exercise, weight loss, and (possibly) medication, well... that's what started this gig in the first place.
So you ain't getting rid of me yet.
Heh.
(Thank you, very, very much for the support. I felt really stupid about posting my scaredy-cat thing after I'd done all that online reading but by the time I got up and read LJ again, there were too many responses to just delete my panicked post. And it was quite reassuring to read the kind messages. So thank you for cyberly holding my hand while I was a baby.)
