It's got a silly name
May. 2nd, 2006 04:43 pmRhinoCort. Silly name. I've decided I love it in spite of its name - after trying and hating two other nasal sprays (nasanex & Flonase) this stuff rocks. I should be doing the allergy-shot therapy but I'm not, yet, and the reason why is RhinoCort. If such a non-invasive treatment will work then I'm happy to delay the once-a-week-for-years shot therapy and the accompanying headache of dealing with the health insurance (the allergy doc doesn't file for you).
I don't remember the last April/May when I could taste, much less smell, so much so clearly. I'm loving it. I have a horrid-sounding throat but there's been no more of those "waking up at 3am trying to tear my face off" nights. Man, that is nice.
Wait.
I haven't been sleeping at night at all. Oh well - the stuff still works and I'm still happy! Think I'll go outside for a walk.
Additional comment: I had to do it - I took the quiz "Which Atlantian Laurel will you grow up to be?". Looks like I'm going to grow up to be Keilyn FitzWarin. That works for me.
