BP and pulse before exercise - not good. In the "you should be on meds" range, which given that I AM already on meds, well - sucks.

BP and pulse after exercise (just after passing from the huffing & puffing stage) - "normal" for BP, pulse only 4 counts faster.

It's weird but I think I like it. Tomorrow I'm increasing the time on the bike by a whole 2 minutes and then up 5 minutes two visits later. Baby steps. Nothing wrong with those. I'm using the 'owie scale' - if I feel all rubbery afterwards and achey when I get up the next morning, then that's enough. If there's no achey the next morning, then obviously I need more challenge!
