Le "not a computer geek" sigh

I use (yes, I know) Outlook for my mailreader. And somehow it's bunged up in the mail sorting rules. I fix it, and fix it... and every time Magnus makes yet another mass mailing to a huge pile of Lists, I end up with 8 or 9 copies of his message in 5 of the Lists. Only with his messages, unfortunately (and with the forwards that a local baron takes from our kingdom list and forwards to our local one - I get to see each message 3 times. Aren't I lucky?).

I'm not computer-savvy enough to switch programs but geez, I hate that.
