Physical Training Luv
Jul. 2nd, 2007 04:22 pmI LOVE my Ipod. Once I figured out how to use it (thanks, Shawn!) I cruised the gym and wow, did my time on boring equipment just fly by. I'm looking forward to tomorrow. And that, my friends, is a PT first!
Not to mention that I threw away the restriction from the trainers there and started using the equipment beyond just that danged stationary bike. This time I did some weight training and then used the bike. It's backwards, I know, but it upped my enthusiasm level so much that I can't be too concerned. I'm tired of waiting for permission to use the weight equipment until I pass some 'time on bike' deadline. My noodle-muscles don't care how long I can ride a bike without huffing and puffing - they want to be able to move. I'm all good with that idea.
Gotta go raid my CD collection and see what else I can add to my playlist for tomorrow...
