I hate my cell phone

*sigh*
Once again, I've missed a call where I could have helped someone. Why? Not from 'dropped service' but because in this world of communication, friends all seem to call my cell phone - even thought, if they are friends, they know that it lives next to my computer in the room furthest from where I usually am...

The house phone only gets a scant handful of calls in a month. Yep, that would mean the phone with the limited calling minutes and the quiet ringer is the one all my friends call to try to chat. And now to try to text (I am not signed up for text messaging and have to pay extra to receive them.)

Cell phone are too handy to not keep but still...
