Almost my generation

I was talking with Isuelte today and we bemoaned (again) the aging of the SCA median membership. And then I took a nap (that "post PT-relaxation thang) and got up to finally get myself caught up on KASF stuff. And one of the first things that greeted me was an email with this video in it:

Depressed

I was finally working on my backlog of stuff for KASF. And now I'm not. I'm about as depressed as a person can get... need to kick myself out of this and get my enthusiasm back up. I know it will be a good event, I know that, because cool people already said they were gonna be there and there's neat and new stuff happening. I should be excited. One little joggle in my plans and I go flat? What's with that?

THink I'll go indulge in some food therapy. Yeah, I know it's not a good idea but it's better than finding a wall to hit my head with.
