(no subject)

I just wanted to remember that I was introduced to a good sushi restaurant this afternoon (thanks, Brigit!). For folks in Tidewater, it's in VaBeach at the corner of Mediterranean & 19th street and was called "Osaka" but is in the middle of a name change. Or so Brigit says, as the sign outside still said "Osaka" but the menus and the shirt logo of the waitress was something else. It was inexpensive and tasty and the tea was perfect for a late February day (rather grass-like and rice-like, it made you think of walking through tall fields of sun-warmed grain. A lovely contrast to "cold & wet".) And my meal cost barely more than what a fast-food joint would charge me. The Koi painted in the windows made an easy landmark. :)

In other news, I laid down with a headache this evening around 5 and woke up around 11:00 with a raging sinus/ear ache. Darn. I thought the thirst and sleepies were signalling that I was fighting something off but I was hoping I was mis-reading it.

Tomorrow shapes up to be a lovely day as I get to see both Shilo and Isuelte. Woo!
