Well, it's a step

It's a little odd and I've never tried such a thing before (knowing that I'm very bad at daily entries about anything) but it is a first step towards finding out why I'm not sleeping. First you track your habits, then you see the doc, then you go on to behavior modification. Chances are strong that I will be skipping step 2... I'm not thrilled about the idea of sleeping pills and so far as I can see, that's the only reason that would apply to me why one would see the doctor.
But missing out on seeing someone I wanted to be with for the third time in a week and a half means that I've got to do something to address the growing insomnia problem.
Beyond that, life is peachy. I'm getting ready for Clontarf and getting more and more excited about it. Halvgrim is coming out along with a bunch of other midwestern Viking reenactors I haven't seen since last October. All I have to do now is wait for James to tell me if we're allowed to set up on Friday afternoon/night so we don't have to work so hard on Saturday morning.
It is going to be fun.
