I found the edge of my plateau and took a step off of it.

Yay!

(After tracking my calories as well as my carbs, I was gonna get seriously ticked off if I didn't... I'm eating less than 1300 calories a day and less than 12 grams of carbs. This shouldn't surprise me that my system is so efficient - when I was in the Navy and had just delivered my first child, I was ordered on to a 600-calorie-a-day diet and I *didn't lose weight*. The doctor was confused. Me, I was just hungry. Then he let me eat like a normal human and I started shaping down. I don't pretend to understand it.)

... but what the heck. After three pages of folk's responses, I'd like to give it a go too.

Here are the rules:
1. Leave me a comment saying, "Interview me."
2. I will respond by asking you 5 questions of a very personal nature.
3. You will update your LJ with the answers to the questions.
4. You will include this and an offer to interview someone else in the post.
5. When others comment asking to be interviewed, you will ask them 5 questions.
