Now that is a handy webpage. Wanna know exactly how a particular food itembreaks down, all the way to amino acids? Go there... (and they convieniently have information about foods served at various restaurants, which was helpful when I was trying to chase down how many carbs were in the cheese sauce we had at dinner. (I mixed mine with ground beef and a bed of lettuce for a taco-less taco-thingy.)
