Ah, autumn

Horrah the fall, when the eye delights in the changing foilage and the nose turns traitor...

So far I've skipped out on two of the three outings I would have gone on in the last three days thanks to a worsening mood and a desire to huddle in bed. Finally got it through my head that a serial application of antihistimines and sudafed might solve my problem. So hopefully by tomorrow I shall be fit for human companionship.

Nonetheless, I enjoyed my shopping outing with [livejournal.com profile] mmcnealy and the after-midnight visit with [livejournal.com profile] master_azrael, when he graciously allowed me to play mama for a bit and then gave me a guided tour of his online photos from his trip to visit his brother in Vegas. Family time - warms the empty places in one's heart, doesn't it?

Speaking of warming - The Stash's Ruby Mist Tea is doing a fine job of doing that for me as I type. Too bad they discontinued the line. Happy for me that I had advanced warning and could stock up on a supply. You might not think that a blend of hibiscus and ruby red grapefruit would make a good tea but I find the flavor splendid.

For some reason my computer has re-set itself so every time I want to print (or cut & paste) a picture or a saved document, it opens "Photo Wizard". I don't want photo wizard, which seems to copy stuff as if they were camera-taken and won't let me cut & paste images, I want my old printing functions! But I'll be damned if I can figure out how to re-set the thing to not automatically pop up. I don't even know how it got changed in the first place, much less how to make it go back to what I think of as 'normal'. I can't even find "Photo wizard" on my program directory!

This is all sorts of aggravating. I can't use any of my saved images in a Word document because stupid "photo wizard' won't let me cut and paste any of them to a document.

I hate microsoft.
