Aug. 16th, 2010 11:27 pmGot home last night around 2:30am. Slept. Showered - twice (no, not really, but it felt like it once I realised I could use ALL the hot water I wanted). The guys unloaded the truck and half of the trailer while I put stuff away in the house and started laundry.
Tomorrow is "go through the mail" and "take care of finances". I'm actually looking forward to that as there is a mystery package on my table from a bookseller in England. I didn't order anything from England... I want to be WIDE awake when I open that.
Oh - and for those concerned, I'm getting better. The pain is bearable without drugs (yay!) and other aspects of the illness are fading (even more of a "yay"!). I have a few more days of vampire-life and then I can go back out in the sunlight. And cut back on the water. I'm getting sick of water and man-oh-man do I crave ice cream or yogurt!
