Weird

I have discovered that I like sleeping with a towel wrapped around my pillow. I'd done that in order to sleep after washing my hair last week and then realised that I find it somehow comforting, and comfortable. So I've been using a towel as a pillowcase.

Yeah, it's weird. But you ought to try it before you laugh too hard. And I have to say, in terms of menopausal nightsweats, I wish I had thought of it long ago. But then - there is the hot summer camping season coming up. Hmmmm...
