A Note to readers

I just now deleted a comment from my previous post. It looked like it may have been something interesting, which I noticed only as it was deleting... if you are not an LJ-user and you wish to leave a note, especially one arguing with me (or anyone else who is commenting on my blog), sign it.

I thought that was so universally practised that I didn't even pause to read the thing before I hit 'delete' and only in the afterwards did I realise that it may have been germain to the conversation and not some spamming-ad.
