I am sitting here in my underwear, typing.
*shock-King*!

Don't worry and don't revert to claymation - it's my undergarb for the gown I'm going to wear today at our Baronial Investiture. I have a few chores to take care of before we leave for the site and I'd rather not do them in the full outfit. Three layers of clothes, even when they are linen, when combined with phyiscal exertion makes for a sweaty me. Thus the undies. If one could consider being covered from wrist to ankle "being in one's undies".

I'll be setting up the Royal/baronial retiring room when I get there, first thing. It is not the room I had expected it to be so I'll have to scope it out and see how it will work best for Their Majesties' and Excellencies' needs. Normally, they'd have separate rooms. I understand that this room has a folding divider but it sounds as though all the comfortable seating (couches) are on one side while the other side is a standard church classroom. Maybe I can slide one of the couches over into the other area. There are two different doors so each division can be private.

Bossman went over yesterday afternoon to help with setting up the field and pavilions. We brought ours and now I'm guarenteed Drea-time under its shade. YAY! I don't think either one of us has ever been at an event at the same time without having duties that preclude more than a quick hug and chat. Hanging out? Only when we schedule it at Pennsic. This will rock.

So will seeing Bossman in his new chair from Egil's Woodshop. I am really looking forward to that.

It is going to be a good day.
