There is something wrong with the world when fried pork rinds are healthier for me to eat than potato chips. See the bit on "carbs"? Yeah, that. There's slightly less sodium in a serving of chips but not really a significant amount. And seven more grams of protein in the pork rinds than in the potato chips. Of course, the truly healthy thing to do would be to swear off of all crunchy chip-like foods for the rest of my life, but 'living' interests me more than 'surviving'.
