Many of my friends jumped the LIveJournal train in years past for one reason or another. And after getting home from a 2 1/2 week vacation to find the new 'friends feed format', I actually, seriously, have been giving thought to jumping that train myself.

I despise the new format. The boring, too-much-text-on-the-side, where is my cute penguin, jumpy newfeed that is ugly beyond compare, format.

NOT a pleasant surprise.
