Appeal to the LJ Brain Trust

I have two pictures by the same artist that I love to use as desktop wallpaper. One is traditionally what I use all this month so every December I have this little nagging question when I look at my computer... Who are they by? I found them on the Internet years ago and didn't have the name of the artist then, still don't. I'd love to find more of his/her work, I'd love to be able to buy a print. All I know is that it seems a little dragon is in each print (judging by the two I have). So in the hopes that someone here can recognise the work,
