Laundry TV

stitchwhichDuring the night I did laundry. I timed it by using the Internet to watch a couple of shows that my friends watch... 4 episodes of "Glee" and three episodes of "NCIS Los Angeles".
I don't get the popularity of "Glee". Yeah, the show numbers are fun - but the storyline is so, well, daytime-drama that I just couldn't get into it. I keep waiting for the dramatic music and the doctor scene. I guess, for all that I loved "Fame", I'm not cut out for this type of show anymore.
"NCIS Los Angeles" was okay. Not stellar, definitely deriviative (but what isn't nowadays) but good enough to keep one amused while being used as a timer for the dryer.
I note that I played a lot of solitaire while watching "Glee" but did not while watching the second & third episode of "NCIS Los Angeles". I think, though, that I will stick to knitting or embroidery in between folding sessions from now on.
