Suggest you take a small vacation back there. To see if your heart is still there. Things change.
I loved living in Wisconsin and New Hampshire but the areas I lived in are different now. Not bad different but enough to have me look at other areas when we decided to move. If family is still there tho, that might be an added incentive.
As you well know, we are over the moon happy we moved to where we are now. Kendrick had lived in the town in West Boylston for most of his life and I lived in Mass for most of my life except when I lived in the mid West as a child. So there was more than a little concern on how we could adapt.
I wish you the best and hope you find a place where you will be happy. Tis time. Twill mean that those moments when we are able to see each other will be all the more treasured!
