I wish my job came with a golf cart! But I have a folding stool to bring so I can unfold it and sit and rest anytime I want to.
The heat definitely has me concerned. And it may be that I'll be backing out of being on staff next year if this year goes poorly. I won't risk taking the job and then being incapacitated. If push comes to shove, I plan on retreating to our truck and running the air conditioner until I am fully comfortable and rested enough to go back out in the heat. With gas prices, that won't be cheap but it is cheaper than anything else I can think of for an afternoon.
