Ok, all you folks who do gym/running time...
I have a summer cold. As I finally figured out after going to bed last night at 6:30 (!) and not waking up until 8:15 this morning. Ears clogged, sinus headache - you know. Am taking summer-cold meds to deal with that.
But the area of cloudiness for me is - do I continue going to the gym 'as normal' (daily) or do I cut back a bit? Wearing myself out on a daily basis, because right now that's how it's running, while ill doesn't sound smart but that might be my natural laziness speaking and not good common sense. Got a suggestion? Remember, I'm leaving for Pennsic Staff week in 7 days and have to be able to work steadily for 12 hours a day for 8 or 9 days as soon as I get there. So getting over this cold has now become my top priority.
