stitchwhichThank you to everyone that wished me a happy day - it kept me smiling the whole day. An especial smile had to go to 'drea, who recorded herself for posterity. :)
Brigit stopped by and spent a flying 45-minutes of her hectic day chatting with me - and she gave me a giftie! A shopping bag of black and green cotton with celtic knotwork and a big 'ole "rowanwald" tree in the center of it. There's an inner pocket for my cell phone, which I really appreciate. Then it was off to the baronial meeting, where Marion gifted me with a fine, fine little bone needle to add to my 'stitchwork kit'. Those suckers are hard to find, sometimes, and this one is a good stout one for sewing through wool.
Two prezzies and lots of happy wishes. It was a good day. :)
