I poured what where?

Yes, my friends, I've done something horribly counter-intuitive.
See, the flu is past but the sinus infection moved in to take its place. And I just can't face another round of waiting rooms, medicines, and head pain. So finally I did what I've advised most of my friends to do - I screwed up my courage, went to the pharmacy, and bought a Neti pot (again) and this time I used it.
No one mentioned that it would be soothing on the inside of a sore nose. Oddly, that was my overwhelming thought as I hung my head over the sink and let the water pour into (and out of) my nose... that it felt good on the inside, like a sopping wet warm wash cloth on road rash, it just plain felt good as the bad stuff was washed away. And as soon as I was done, I was breathing better.
So I'm glad I finally got up the courage. It was worth it.
Even though it is weird as heck.
But for all that, I surely won't be using the thing at camping events!
