(SCA) Lost Point in Copora

I cannot, for the life of me, find the section in Copora that says that a person may swear service rather than fealty (that no individual can be required to swear fealty in order to hold a particular office or position, with the exception of becoming a knight-member of the Order of Chivalry rather than a Master-of-Arms-member of the same). I know I found it once when I was researching it as a territorial baroness - where did it go?
