Staying cool

Someone tell me why we want to be homeowners again. Because right now, waiting on the air/heat systems folks to install the new heat pump ($1900 and rising), I'm not feeling the luv.

It was easier when the cloths washer died just before Pennsic last year - at least that 'home repair' was in the triple digits.
