Feb. 7th, 2011 04:30 amThe whole "Being upright = shaking like a leaf" thing is not so good.
But I discovered that, contrary to what I taught our sons, drinking milk does reduce thirst, and boy-oh-boy are we running out of milk. Yum. I got out of the habit of drinking it while we were raising our sons and it feels like I'm cheating somehow to be guzzling it now, but it sure is satisfying and my tummy doesn't hurt afterwards.
Yum.
Of course, in the interest of health and all that good stuff, I will ask Bossman to bring home 2% rather than the "Whole w/vitamin D" that I would prefer. Milk. Sometimes we forget the simple pleasures.
