I'm going (okay, well, Bossman is going and I'm going with him) to Best Buy to take my computer in and make them fix it so it works - or give me a refund. I don't care which, at this point. I am determined to stick with this style of computer but I'm cool with waiting it ot and getting another one, if I must.
