I know that some folks will cringe, but I just had a very satisfying breakfast after a too-short night of sleep... Chef Boyardee has little pre-packaged microwave cups of Mac & Cheese which have only 28g of carbs. Mixed with 4oz of ground beef and sprinkled with some additional pepper, it made a very filling meal.

Pasta. There's just something happy-making about pasta when it is very rare in one's diet.
