SCA BoD meeting

stitchwhichThreee phone calls, two emails, all dated to two days ago, all with the same easy question: "What time does the open meeting start this Saturday?"
Not one response or even acknowledgement of my question (I got answering machines to each phone call.)
Yeah. About that. Doesn't heighten my warm and fuzzy feeling about the BoD. I know it's a hard job, I know the members face a lot of censure from folks who don't know how it works - but the idea of scheduling a meeting in different areas is so people have a chance to observe and particiapte - and I'm not seeing it in this case.
And I have a hard time believing that it is not a case of "Atlantia has this big issue which has to be decided on at the April meeting and Opps! We scheduled that it Atlantian land? Good gods, gotta hide from them!"
Why else would three board members neglect to answer such a simple question? Why else would the information about the meeting place not include that information?
BTW - the meeting room is reserved fro 0900 - 1200, then from 1400-1700. I would not automatically assume that the afternoon meeting is the open one although that seems the most logical.
