Jun. 15th, 2009 10:46 amI have decided to embrace my outer shelf. Yes, my friends, I am turning over a new leaf in the world of clothing. Instead of scowling madly and feeling embarrassed whenever something drips from my food onto my shirt (and staining it when I don't get home in time to use my "Shout!"), I shall use the same philosophy as I do for pottery dishes...
...it is all transient art. Okay, not as 'arty' as my dishes, but nonetheless, my shelf is simply provided so I can renew my wardrobe every once in a while even though I never really wore out a single shirt. It is nice to get new colors and new styles. Besides, without the shelf, the stain would merely be down around my tummy so I should not blame overly-X'd genes.
Yes. That's what I'm going to tell myself.
Why yes, today IS laundry day. How could you tell?
