Thank you, everyone!




And... *sigh* I skipped the gym today. Already I miss it. The five to ten minutes I last on cardio doesn't justify the gas it would take to get there today without any workout along with it. Tomorrow I'll be back and will have sorted out which areas I'll be working every-other day. I made myself feel better by typing up a cheatsheet with my weights on it for each station. The soreness has faded to a slight stiffness in those muscles that were the most sore while the other ones are all clamoring for more fun. So I guess my starting weights are just about at the right level. :)
