A .pdf of "A Late 13th and Early 14th Century Tile Factory at Danbury, Essex". I love excavation reports - especially ones that include drawings of the patterns of the over-100 tiles that they found.
Not cool: Our gym is suddenly hot and humid. Over 81 degrees and humid enough that a person starts sweating as soon as they step into the exercise area. One one hand, it does mimic the outside... on the other, it is seriously taking away my 'fun factor' in being there.
And on the worrisome-side, I have this one exercise I do, the shoulder press, at a wimpy 20 pounds. That is the weight I was started at three weeks ago and I can't up it yet because I still can't do it without needing to stop and rest midway through the second rep. You'd think that I would have built up enough muscle by now that it would at least be a little easier to do but no, instead, I swear, it feels as though it is getting more stressful rather than the other way around. I am persevering, though. I will overcome!
