Anxiety attacks. Or at least I guess that's what they were - twice in less than a week. Both times in loud spaces where I felt confined.

I know there is a certain amount of fall-out from an episode of high stress, but I would have preferred that it not take a form sure to drive me away from my friends rather than able to stay with them.

Thank goodness the next baronial thing is outdoors.
