Does anyone recognise this?

I saved this to my hard-drive so I could use it as a screen saver and neglected to note the artist (a bad habit I have tried to overcome but that doesn't help with older pictures). I made more of those little booklets so I could give some to friends (want one?) and I'd like to credit the artist. And maybe even get permission, you know?
