The last of them

The baby gowns for Allison are stitched together. I actually still have to put the snaps in them but since that involves a hammer, it doesn't count. :)
Ever have a 'concept' and not know if it was going to come out looking good or looking incredibly dorky? The last gown I worked on was like that for me. Now that it is done, I like it.
Penguins!

Little Nordic Girl!

Yet another lavender gown with a different top design. There were three of the same fabric, so even with mixing and matching prints & solids, I had to come up with something to make them look less like they were cookie-cut.

My Absolute favorite one. Which, btw, took the most work and caused the most anticipatory stress about how it would look when completed.

A close up of the top stitching on the bodice and sleeves. For some reason, the fabric is showing as yellow - it's really a very soft pastel green.
