stitchwhichAlmost 3am and I'm awake. As usual. Hven't been able to sleep and on top of that am now dealing with leg cramps when I try to sleep or relax. For the last two weeks now.
Been waiting two weeks for the results of my test so I can find out about my therapy plan.
Can anyone say, "overly tense"?
