It gets better

stitchwhichAfter my surgery in January, I couldn't eat pizza without dire effects. But some folks said that I should wait six months or so since the body adjusts and it might be possible later.
It's later. I ate pizza yesterday - yummmm.... beef & black olives, in fact. I figured I'd better give it a try before Pennsic since our camp has a pizza night after we get everything packed up. And ya know what? I'm fine.Yay!
I'm not going to run out and do something crazy, mind you, but I am feeling very light-hearted today. Some of the doom & gloom has lifted from my horizon.
