Admin woes

stitchwhichSo there I am, do-dee-do, scanning the documents I need for my Letter of Intent, do-dee-do, and I'm about halfway through the pile of them when something in my document file catches my eye.
Every single one of them (fed through the automatic feeder) is missing the last half-inch or so off of the bottom.
ARG!
