Tired.
4 hours of sleep followed by Oncology appointment.
More spots in my lungs. A few are larger than they were three months ago. Two spots in my liver, in speperate nodes. "I don't trust the reading" says my Oncologist, "so I'm going to go over it with another CT interpreter who I know is better than the one who did this reading. And I want to talk with their department about getting you in so that you get the same good interpreter each time." They have a rotating schedule of doctors who read the results and GIST is hard to read for, so he's annoyed enough with my results to want to (basically) create a GIST-radiology specialist. In the meantime, I'm to see a pulmonary specialist about the lung spots.
The day has been full of not-win. I'm going to cook up some hot dogs for brunch and then go take a nap. If I didn't have to eat in order to take the danged medicine, I'd skip the brunch.
It'll all work out. The evening will be amusing, as the Baron and Baroness of our nearest neighboring barony are coming down to do a 'how to be a territorial B&B" presentation. I have a huge amount of respect for them and it will be fun to hear what they have to say. And to watch them handle questions.
