When I was a girl in High School, I was 5' 10" tall.
After a couple of years in the US Navy, I measured out at 5' 8.5", which I thought was weird, but (shrug) okay, if that is what they say...
Today, after aging and having a spinal replacement surgery, I measured myself - 5' 6".
What the heck?!?!?!
