Hooray for Drea, who was brainstorming with me for 'one pan meal' ideas, and who mentioned Shepard's Pies... which stayed in the back of my mind during the conversation and then (TA DA!) popped up while we were talking about Ruby Tuesday's "mashed cauliflower" and merged with "shepard's pie" and now I have a fabulous urge, nay - need - to try making pies with mashed cauliflower instead of carb-heavy potatoes.

If tomorrow's cooking wasn't already scheduled, I'd make it then. I'd make it today if I didn't have to wait for the ground beef/turkey blend to thaw.
