Oy.
Sometimes I seriously think the list should require proof of membership - at least, it should when know-everything "self published experts" start lecturing/correcting folks who have been specializing in medieval cooking for decades.
Although... it is amusing watching the idiot stick his foot in the trap and (at the part I'm at in the reading) not realise that the teeth are closing in fast.
Oy.
