Mother's Day

stitchwhichGoing out for dinner at Denny's on Saturday night with Da Youngest because he got off 'early' and we could... and leaving the place at the stroke of Midnight (Happy Mother's Day) as if we'd planned it that way.
Going home after dropping him at his apartment and playing Bejeweled on my computer because... he gave it to me.
Having the husband come home from Hero's Portion happy, not sunburnt, and feeling good enough to unload the truck right then - and the rain *stopped* and didn't start again until the truck was empty. Then ordering pizza delivered so he could relax instead of taking me out.
Getting a call from Da Eldest, who sounded tense and unhappy, which led me to feel as though he didn't want to talk to me but turned out to be him trying to not be angry because "some dud called my mom and shook her down for money in my name and *I was told I was good with the bank* *I'm gonna kill them for upsetting my MOM!*" followed by a promise to pay me back. So it's possible that I might be buying that book after all. Yeah! And he said he missed me... I misses him, too.
